Operation mode of new needle valve

The new needle valve is one of the fast developing valve varieties in recent years. It is widely used in cooling water system, condensate system and condensate desalting system in modern power plants. It is small in volume, light in weight and easy to open and close, so it has replaced gate valve and stop valve in many occasions.

It is d941t Lo type electric operated valve. The nominal diameter of this type of operated valve is 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 mm.

The opening and closing parts of the needle valve are disc-shaped, which rotate around a fixed axis in the valve body.

Needle valve is not only manual, but also electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and other operation types.

Low pressure pie type needle valve. The needle valve is eccentric. The sealing surface of the valve disc 1 is a spherical section. One end of the valve disc is connected with the fixed shaft 2, and the other side is connected with the transmission shaft 3, all of which are fixed with the pin 4. The seal of stem 5 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene seal ring 6, plus the seal gland 7. The needle valve can be installed horizontally, vertically or obliquely. When the needle valve is installed in place, its disc should be slightly opened.
